I... uh.... just returned from a midnight screening of Return of the King.
I'm pretty well speechless.
My heart was literally pounding at the end of the movie. What happens to Frodo? And the ring?
It was only similiar to the reveal in Empire Strikes Back when Vader reveals he's Luke's father.
Literally pounding.
I'm not just saying this as a geek. This is probably one of the best movie going expierences you will ever have.
It shatters my inner child to say this... but this could possibly be the best movie trilogy ever made.
I must meditate on this now.
